Job summary

Venture Solar is seeking a Retail Associate to engage homeowners at retail locations and educate them about the benefits of residential solar energy. You will schedule qualified homeowners for in-home consultations with our Solar Consultants.

This is a customer-facing role designed for outgoing, energetic individuals who enjoy speaking with people and creating opportunities through meaningful conversations. Expect to drive high-quality appointments and help homeowners save money with solar.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Weekend availability as scheduled.
• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
