Job summary

Trinity Solar is seeking a Structural Technician to ensure homes are structurally ready for solar installations. You will perform framing, repairs, siding, and drywall work, using standard construction tools, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry or roofing and residential construction.
• Hands-on structural repair and installation experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of training and practical experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assess project sites and take measurements for structural needs.
• Perform framing, sistering rafters, and other construction modifications.
• Repair roof leaks quickly and effectively.
• Complete siding, drywall, and general construction work for solar installs.
• Use carpentry and roofing tools safely.
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site.
• Document work with photos and reports and submit on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe jobsite and company vehicle standards.
• Follow safety policies and quality standards.
• Assist with additional construction tasks as needed.
