You'll measure sites, tackle roofing and siding tasks, document work, and maintain safety on active job sites as part of a team delivering clean energy to communities.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in carpentry and roofing with standard tools.
• Willingness to perform varied construction and maintenance tasks.
• Comfortable working at heights and on roofs.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs regularly.
• Dependable with strong attendance.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Assess project sites and take measurements for installation needs.
• Make structural improvements such as framing and sistering rafters.
• Diagnose and repair roof leaks quickly and effectively.
• Perform home repairs related to solar installs (siding and drywall).
• Provide professional communication to customers on-site.
• Document work with photos and reports and submit on time.
