Origis Energy in Prewitt, NM, seeks an experienced Solar PV & BESS O&M Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair utility-scale solar PV and storage systems. You will follow safety procedures and work independently while contributing to site efficiency and reliability.

Responsibilities include inspections, preventive maintenance, and system monitoring via SCADA, with strong emphasis on safety, LOTO, and accurate CMMS documentation. Travel to regional sites may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; electrical certifications preferred.
• 4+ years of direct or related experience in solar O&M.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and operate CMMS/SCADA systems.
• Experience with safety protocols and industrial maintenance practices.

Responsabilités

• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on AC/DC systems including inverters and transformers.
• Monitor plant operations via SCADA and assist commissioning and testing tasks.
• Follow JHA and LOTO procedures and ensure site safety compliance.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and support maintenance as needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS and coordinate with remote operators.
