Job summary

A leading construction services provider in Waukesha is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations. You will oversee Tradespeople and Subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure quality in construction projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in a similar role and must possess strong leadership and communication skills. Qualifications

• 10 years of Foreman experience or 5 years of Superintendent/Construction Manager experience.
• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
• Electrical experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the field team consisting of Tradespeople, Foreman, and Subcontractors.
• Order and schedule deliveries of material.
• Ensure that quality of work meets company and client expectations.
