Job summary

SolAmerica Energy, a Georgia-based private equity-backed solar and energy storage developer, seeks a Project Manager to oversee full lifecycle delivery of DG solar projects. You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related STEM field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in renewable energy project construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction activities including EPC bids and engineering design oversight.
• Ensure project delivery within budget, schedule, and quality requirements; maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Allocate resources and manage project teams and tasks.
• Conduct regular project meetings to address issues or risks.
• Oversee engineering, procurement, and equipment delivery to meet schedules.
• Review critical path schedules and align with financing requirements.
• Develop budgets, cash flow and cost-benefit analyses; report progress to management.
• Prepare project-level reporting and participate in EPC contract negotiations.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of solar systems with safety compliance.
• Communicate status updates and milestones to management and financing partners.
• Coordinate interconnection processes and engage with financing parties.
