Job summary

A and R Solar SPC is seeking a Project Administrator to support commercial solar projects from our Seattle office. The role emphasizes permits, utility approvals, documentation, and customer communication, with occasional local travel for permit pickups.

This temporary position runs from August 2026 through December 2026, with potential extension based on performance and business needs. The candidate will work closely with Project Managers and the design team to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in solar or construction administration preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Adobe, MS Office and Google Suite, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate permits from AHJs, utilities, and incentives programs.
• Assist PMs and design team with submittals and paperwork.
• Maintain installation documents and customer paperwork accurately.
• Manage digital records in Dropbox and CRM (Salesforce).
• Support scheduling inspections and permit corrections as needed.
• Communicate with customers and contractors on project status.
