Job summary

RNWBL is seeking a S&B Procurement Manager to drive procurement across Solar & Battery projects. You will serve as the first point of contact for business leaders on spend, integrate with teams, and manage purchase orders and contracts with a focus on efficiency and compliance.

The role involves negotiating with suppliers, supporting vendor onboarding, and collaborating with the Procurement team to optimize processes. A strong background in project procurement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Integrate with business leaders & teams, stay informed on third party spend needs.
• Escalate strategic procurement needs and roadblocks to address key issues.
• Execute and/or oversee purchase orders within defined strategies and quality expectations.
• Manage lifecycle of purchase orders within scope including closure.
• Support conformance to procurement policy and finance system requirements; help implement category strategies.
• Negotiate with vendors; coordinate with VP Procurement on key contracts.
• Maintain contracting & procurement plans for projects; share with leaders.
