Advance Staffing Solutions (The Advance Group) is seeking Test Support Technicians for a global solar panel manufacturer in Perrysburg, Ohio. You will be responsible for loading/unloading, setting up tooling, performing tests, and documenting data in a fast-paced R&D environment.

The role requires electronics experience or a 2-year engineering/electronics degree, proficiency with Word/Excel, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Team-focused and safety-minded individuals are encouraged to apply.

Competenze

• Experience with electronics or a 2-year degree in engineering, electronics, or similar.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must pass drug test and background check and vision test.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/repeat tasks for long periods.

Mansioni

• Load and unload machines with large solar panels.
• Set up tooling and operate various machines.
• Perform testing on solar panels and document results.
• Use digital calipers and other measuring devices to measure glass breakages.
• Troubleshoot tool/process issues and document system improvements.
