Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is seeking an O&M District Manager to support our Midwest District. You will oversee site operations, manage field teams, and ensure safety, reliability, and compliance across multiple solar plants.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years PV systems experience, mastery of inverters, trackers, SCADA, MV/HV knowledge, and at least 2 years of management. Travel between sites is required; compensation includes a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of PV systems or power generation experience.
• Knowledge of inverters, trackers, combiner boxes, cabling, substations, SCADA, controls, DC systems, and wiring & applications.
• Valid Driver's License.
• This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Knowledge of MV/HV distribution equipment.
• Customer-facing updates on field issue resolution and maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with the Regional Manager.
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships with site owners and key stakeholders.
• Ensure completion of assigned work orders and report on maintenance productivity per site.
• Ensure compliance with Safety and Compliance Procedures.
• Ensure on-time attendance of personnel.
• Conduct site security and cleanliness inspections and address deviations.
• Attend monthly owner meetings to clarify site operations.
• Manage inventory storage, documentation, and replacements.
• Oversee regular inventory audits and investigate discrepancies.
• Explain warranty, extra work, and pass-through expenses to site technicians.
• Assist in collecting documentation for RCA performance.
• Travel between sites to support Site Techs and Site Managers
• Other assignments as necessary.
