Job summary

DEPCOM Power, Inc. is seeking an O&M District Manager to support our Midwest District. The role focuses on coordinating maintenance programs, managing site operations, and ensuring safety and compliance across multiple solar sites.

Travel between sites is required to support Site Techs and Site Managers. We value leadership experience, knowledge of PV hardware (inverters, trackers, substations), and the ability to communicate with owners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of experience with PV systems or related power generation equipment.
• Knowledge of inverters, trackers, combiner boxes, general cabling, substations, SCADA, controls, DC systems, and wiring & applications.
• Valid driver's license; visa sponsorship not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with the Regional Manager.
• Regularly communicate with site owners and key stakeholders to build and maintain strong partner relationships.
• Ensure completion of assigned work orders from the district and report on maintenance program productivity per site.
• Ensure sites comply with Safety and Compliance Procedures.
• Ensure on-time and reliable attendance of personnel.
• Ensure site security and cleanliness inspections are completed and deviations addressed.
• Attend monthly owner meetings to clarify site operations.
• Oversee inventory storage, documentation, and replacement of used inventory.
• Oversee regular inventory audits and investigate discrepancies.
• Provide training to site technicians on warranty, extra work, and pass-through expenses.
• Assist in collecting documentation for RCA performance.
• Travel between sites to assist Site Techs and Site Managers.
