A leading solar provider is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Technician in Plainview, NY. The ideal candidate will have solar experience, basic electrical knowledge, and the ability to assess and repair solar systems. Responsibilities include installation, monitoring, and maintenance of solar equipment. This position offers full benefits, a company vehicle, and a competitive pay rate of $20-$25/hr depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to assess and fix issues for Enphase systems.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs and set up ladders alone.
• Valid Driver's License and Clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Installs and monitors performance of installed electrical equipment.
• performs repairs and maintenance of solar systems.
• Ensures proper care in the use of equipment and supplies.

Skills

Solar experience

Basic wiring and schematics

Familiarity with Enphase systems

IOS and Android operating systems
