Job summary

Illuminate USA, located in Central Ohio’s Pataskala, is expanding its solar panel manufacturing operations in a state-of-the-art facility. We are building a large, dedicated team to deliver high-quality products while fostering growth and continuous improvement.

The Production Operator role supports safe, efficient manufacturing by operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting production equipment, following procedures, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or equipment operation preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust automated production equipment to maintain product quality and output.
• Perform visual inspections of materials and finished products, identifying defects and escalating issues.
• Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions to ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including basic maintenance tasks.
• Support continuous improvement by recommending process enhancements and identifying quality risks.
• Adhere to all safety requirements, including PPE and safe equipment operation.
• Assist with material handling, loading/unloading, and line changeovers as required.
• Support training efforts by sharing knowledge and assisting new associates.
