Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of logistics management experience; 1 year in renewable energy preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business, transportation, supply chain, or related field.
• Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety Management.
• Proficient in inventory/warehouse management software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics policies and procedures to increase project efficiency.
• Adhere to and monitor the strategic logistics plan, focusing on productivity, speed, and accuracy.
• Provide personnel with logistics training, root cause analysis, and reviews.
• Continually update and review logistics policies and procedures.
• Direct daily logistics operations, identifying areas for process improvement.
• Prepare and present project-specific logistics reports to leadership.
