Job summary

Moss is hiring for field roles in Florida to support utility-scale solar projects. No experience is required; you can learn a trade while working outdoors on construction sites.

Pay starts at $20 per hour with opportunities for long-term growth. Extended shifts, overtime, and weekend work may be part of the schedule, and safety is emphasized throughout training and daily tasks.

• Ability to work weekends/holidays as needed and follow safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of solar project safety and operations.
• Operate common hand tools (tape measure, wrenches, hammers, drills, etc.).
• Perform general labor duties in the field on solar project sites.
• May serve as a Millwright, Solar PV Installer, or Quality Control Representative.
• Extend hours/12-hour shifts; overtime on weekends/holidays may be required.
