Job summary

Moss is hiring for field labor on solar construction projects in Vero Beach, FL. No experience required; you’ll learn to work outdoors on utility-scale solar sites.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of solar project field work and safety.
• Operate basic hand tools (tape measure, wrenches, hammers, drills, rivet guns).
• Provide general labor on Solar project sites.
• May perform as Millwright, Solar PV Installer, or Quality Control helper.
• Extensive shifts up to 12 hours and possible overtime.

This job requires working outside in all types of weather conditions, while standing and walking for extended periods, and bending, kneeling, and lifting heavy materials. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learn all aspects of how to be successful and safe on Solar projects
• Operate hand tools including, but not limited to: Tape measure, wrenches, hammers, drills, rivet guns, shovels, grinders, and rakes
• Provides various general labor duties, in the field, on Solar project sites
• May perform as a Millwright, Solar PV Installer or Quality Control Representative
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested
• Extended hours of work may occur, with a single shift lasting as long as 12 hours
• Overtime and work on weekends and holidays may be required
