Moss Solar is hiring Solar General Laborers to support our growing solar projects. This entry-level role offers hands-on field experience in site readiness and project operations.

You will lift and move materials, assist with assembly of solar components, operate basic tools, and maintain safety on outdoor sites. Starting pay is $20 per hour, with opportunities for growth and skill development.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Stand, walk, bend and kneel for 8+ hours a day.
• Outdoor work in various weather conditions.

Requirements:

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (extreme cold or heat).
