Moss Solar is hiring Solar General Laborers to support our growing solar projects. This role involves physically demanding outdoor work on site in Wheatley, AR, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities include handling materials, assisting with installation, operating basic tools, and maintaining a clean, organized site under supervision. Drug test is required; starting pay is competitive and based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Able to stand, walk, bend and kneel for 8+ hrs daily.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (extreme cold or heat).
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
• Pre-employment drug test required.
• Other duties as assigned.
