Solar Laborer 1

SUMMARY

Mortenson is currently seeking a Solar Laborer responsible for preparing, handling, and supplying materials to be used by other crafts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform general solar labor tasks including loading and unloading equipment and materials
• Prepare, handle, and supply materials for other crafts
• Install solar panels
• Assist with rigging, racking assembly, torque tube assembly, and pile layout
• Conduct general cleanup and debris removal
• Manage wiring

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in construction preferred
• Repetitive hand, arm, and leg movements
• *Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs. without assistance; over 50 lbs. with help or equipment
