Superior Skilled Trades is hiring skilled solar laborers/helpers for a solar project in Morrilton, Arkansas!

PAY: $22/hr
HOURS: 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM | 7 days a week
DURATION: 2+ months
START DATE: ASAP

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking reliable and experienced laborers to assist with a solar remediation project. Responsibilities include:

• Inspecting and remediating solar panel connectors
• Identifying and replacing damaged or faulty connectors
• Verifying proper electrical connections
• Troubleshooting connector-related issues
• Performing underground trenching work

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Electrical background
• Experience with solar modular systems and connector insulation is a plus
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation to the job site
