Qualifications

• Previous experience in solar installation or construction is preferred but not mandatory.
• Physically capable of working at heights and lifting equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Install solar panels, inverters, and mounting systems on various structures.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to complete installations.
• Perform site assessments and provide input on solar system layout.
