Venture Solar is hiring a Residential Solar Installer.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assembly, installation, or maintenance of solar modules/arrays and mounting hardware.
2. Mechanical/structural mounting of racking, modules, and electrical equipment.
3. Electrical wiring of solar array/system (AC and DC).
4. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of hand-held power tools.
• Experience in PV installations, roof work, general construction, or carpentry (preferred).
• Basic understanding of electrical wiring of AC and DC systems (preferred).
• Solar installation experience (preferred).
• Comfortable with heights (required).
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• A valid, clean driver's license (required).

This is a full-time role (>40 hours/week) with overtime pay for hours over 40 in a week. Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $33.00 per hour, based on experience. It is benefits-eligible.
