Sandbox Solar is hiring a Solar Installer in Training to work outdoors in Colorado, installing and maintaining solar systems under supervision. This role requires physical stamina, comfort with heights, and a willingness to learn on the job.

Starting pay is $20-$21 per hour, with potential increases as competence and proficiency grow. Work is in person across residential and commercial sites, with future leadership opportunities for capable team members.

Our starting pay is $20-$21 per hour.
Pay may increase with full competence and proficiency.

As a condition of employment, candidates must successfully pass a background check.
