Responsibilities

• Represent Sandbox Solar professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Layout and assemble mounting hardware, solar modules, racks, and electrical equipment.
• Install and perform routine maintenance on photovoltaic (PV) systems in compliance with codes and standards.
• Wire solar arrays (DC).
• Document completed installations.
• Clean up job sites after installation.
• Drive and maintain company vehicles.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; some college preferred.
• Valid Colorado Driver's License and a good driving record.
• Experience in solar installation or construction (e.g., framing, roofing).
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Knowledge of rooftop water sealing, leak prevention, and roof types.
