Qualifications

• Experience with solar construction projects preferred but not required.
• Prior experience using various tools that are required to install mechanical assemblies.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting, pushing, pulling of material weighing 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Install solar modules and assemble torque tubes.
• Bolt up clamps for solar panels and set drive motors.
• Maintain inventory and ensure tools/equipment are in good working order.
• Quality control for the scope of work and site cleanup.
