Job summary

McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. is seeking a Solar Installer to safely install solar equipment at the Moro, AR project site. You will use a variety of tools to assemble and construct solar systems in line with scheduled work plans and may take on additional duties as required by leadership.

Responsibilities include following safety policies, maintaining inventory, installing modules, securing torque tubes, and ensuring quality control. A strong team orientation and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+.
• Experience with solar construction preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to squat, crawl and work in awkward positions.
• Proof of Identity and Employment Authorization.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean job site and inventory.
• Bolt up clamps for solar panels and set drive motors.
• Install solar modules and align components.
• Report equipment issues and maintain tools.
