McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. is seeking a Solar Installer to install solar equipment at the Moro, AR project site. You will work with our team to assemble systems, follow safety policies, and help meet daily production goals.

Experience with solar construction preferred; physical fitness required to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in various weather conditions. Join a collaborative team and contribute to on-site success.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ (minimum)
• Experience with solar construction projects preferred but not required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in awkward positions

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean job site and organize materials.
• Bolt up clamps for solar panels.
• Hoist torque tubes into position and align/secure torque tubes.
• Set drive motors and install solar modules.
• Tighten bolts to torque specifications.
• Receive/stock materials and maintain inventory.
• Quality control for the scope of work.
