We have a dedicated team of clean energy professionals who wake up every day ready to replace dirty energy with clean energy, and we want you to help. FPM is seeking Solar Installers to install residential solar systems. We will train the right candidates!

Solar Installer shifts are Monday - Friday, with limited night/weekend/on-call work.

Location & Travel: This position is based in South Florida and travel is required to job sites.

What You’ll Do:

  • Install solar panels, inverters, and racking systems on residential and commercial properties.
  • Ensure the quality and safety of all installations.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
  • Follow industry best practices and company guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

  • Excellent customer service skills required
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
  • Must have a valid state driver’s license
  • Must have a clean driving record (example- no DUI in the last 5 years)
  • Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal, driving and drug screen

Hourly Rate: $21 - $26 per hour commensurate with experience. Those without any installation or solar experience will begin at the lower end of the range.
