Role Summary

The Solar Installer position is a member of our operations team, reporting to our Foreman and Sr. Foreman. This role oversees one of the most crucial components of the solar industry by being the ones who successfully mount and install the finished product on our consumers' homes.

Responsibilities

• Install residential solar systems according to consumer purchase orders.
• Immerse yourself in the organization to learn from industry leaders during weekly meetings, workshops, and field operations.
• Create opportunities within your assigned territory that lead to new consumers.
• Use all company CRMs to best prepare for installation locations and payment.
• Reply to all work-related emails in a professional and timely manner.
