The Agency Recruiting is actively seeking a Traveling Solar Electrician / Solar Installer for a trusted partner in the solar energy industry. This opportunity is ideal for experienced solar professionals looking for a hands-on role with competitive pay and immediate start.

While the company is based out of Colorado, this is a traveling position requiring flexibility and reliability.

What You’ll Do:

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar photovoltaic (PV) systems
  • Interpret schematics and electrical drawings to ensure safe and code-compliant installations
  • Travel to various job sites, primarily within the region (travel expenses covered)
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4–7 years of professional experience in solar installation or electrical work in the solar industry
  • Active electrical license (Journeyman or equivalent, depending on location requirements)
  • Experience with both residential and commercial PV systems (mainly Residential)
  • Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and perform physically demanding tasks
