Sunrun is hiring an Installer to join our solar installation team. The role supports the Foreperson and Lead Installer in completing residential solar projects, focusing on safety, accuracy, and efficient assembly of solar modules and related components.

The position requires physical stamina, the ability to work outdoors in various conditions, and a customer-friendly approach to coordinating with homeowners and teammates.

Qualifications

• Adheres to company safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to get along with customers and coworkers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Shows ability to meet due dates and metrics as part of a fast-paced team.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds frequently and working on rooftops.

Responsibilities

• Maintain personal, crew and site safety at all times and participate in training on new products and installation methods.
• Review loading dock inventory to ensure assigned crew truck is stocked.
• Complete layout and assemble solar modules, racking, mounts, electrical equipment and tools per project plan.
• Apply weather sealing to roofing structures and perform final site cleanup for a clean, orderly job site.
