Job summary

Sunrun in Henderson, NV is hiring an Installer to join our solar installation construction team. You will partner with the Foreperson and Lead Installer to complete residential solar projects with safety and quality at the forefront.

The role emphasizes field safety, teamwork, and hands-on installation of solar modules, racking, and electrical components, with training and opportunities for growth within Sunrun’s Power+ program.

Qualifications

Experience with solar, construction or military background preferred.
Must adhere to safety policies and identify hazards.
Able to work with customers and coworkers professionally.
Capable of meeting due dates and metrics in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

Ensure personal, crew and job site safety at all times and participates in training sessions on new products, installation methodology and safety
Review inventory at loading dock to ensure assigned crew truck is stocked adequately
Complete layout and assemble solar modules, the racking, mechanical and structural mounts, electrical equipment and tools in preparation of installation as specified in the project plan
Apply weather sealing to roofing structure, building or support mechanisms
Perform project clean up including client site and installation vehicle to ensure a clean and orderly job site and work environment
