Ethical Energy is seeking a Solar Installation Technician to join our on-site York, PA team. You will install residential solar systems on rooftops, read blueprints, and work with your crew to ensure safe, code-compliant installations.

You'll assemble and wire systems, troubleshoot, and perform routine maintenance while staying current with OSHA safety practices and ongoing training to support a cleaner energy future.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights.
• Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing for extended periods.
