Greentech Renewables is seeking a Management Trainee to join their fast-growing solar distribution network in Phoenix, AZ. The program runs 18-24 months and includes rotations across warehouse, sales, accounts payable/receivable, purchasing, project management, and inventory control.

On-the-job and online trainings cover solar PV, sales, and management. No prior industry experience is required; relocation is encouraged, and strong communicators flourish in this energetic environment.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
• Strong communication skills required
• Willingness to relocate during/after program
• Authorization to work in the United States
