In this role, you will be the primary technical lead on the ground, responsible for the troubleshooting, diagnostic testing, and preventative maintenance of commercial rooftop & ground mount solar arrays. The ideal candidate should have the following

• 3+ years of O&M experience with C&I, Community or Utility scale solar projects
• A proven track record of diagnosing and repairing complex issues within solar inverter systems and monitoring hardware
• The ability to work independently in the field while maintaining clear communication with remote asset management teams
• A clean driving record and the ability to operate a company-provided service vehicle throughout the Chicago region
• Extensive technical knowledge of medium and high-voltage electrical systems as they relate to solar infrastructure
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform detailed site audits and performance reporting
• A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and professional conduct at all times
