SunPower is seeking a Field Service Technician who will be the primary on-site contact for customers, diagnosing and repairing solar systems and helping customers go solar. As a Field Service Technician, you will be our primary point of contact on the ground and integrally involved with customers fixing their solar or helping them go solar. A solar service technician has prior solar knowledge and/or experience and is comfortable diagnosing and repairing existing solar systems installed. Technicians must be responsible and able to manage their schedule to ensure all necessary tasks are followed through, with minimal outside management. This position will require communicating with our corporate office effectively and efficiently. Reliable communication is crucial. Candidates for this position should have a flexible schedule, a clean driving record, and be available 40 hours a week, including Saturdays (optional, depending on the season).
