Job summary

Suntech Solar is seeking energetic, goal-driven D2D sales reps to canvass pre-qualified neighborhoods and discuss solar savings with homeowners. You will educate on incentives, secure appointments, and guide customers through the decision and contract process.

This in-person role offers an aggressive commission model, weekly bonuses, and growth opportunities within a fast-growing solar provider. High earning potential is highlighted throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Experience in field-based sales or canvassing preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex energy/policy concepts clearly.
• Willingness to work outdoors and walk neighborhoods for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Canvass targeted neighborhoods to generate leads and energy consultations.
• Prequalify homeowners for solar installation suitability.
• Educate homeowners on solar benefits and incentives.
• Set and close appointments for comprehensive solar proposals.
• Manage leads and follow-ups in CRM throughout the sales cycle.
• Operate within an aggressive commission structure with performance incentives.
• Build a pipeline toward leadership roles.
