Qualifications

• Able to work 10–12 hour shifts outdoors.
• Physically capable of demanding labor.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of solar farm components.
• Load, unload, move, and stage construction materials.
• Assist skilled trades and construction crews.
• Dig, shovel, grade, and prepare work areas.
• Operate basic hand tools and construction equipment.
• Assist with solar panel and racking installation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow safety rules.
