Excavator Operator

If you have experience operating Excavators and are able to do general physical labor duties outside in various weather conditions, apply today! Starting pay is $22+ based on experience level and per diem for travel expenses may be available.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate Excavator on solar project sites
• Perform site grading, trenching, and material movement as needed
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is in proper working condition
• Assist with general labor duties, including material handling and site cleanup, and other duties as assigned
• Maintain clear communication with site leadership and crew members to ensure efficient operations
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 year of experience operating Excavators
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety
