What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Lead and manage commercial energy and infrastructure projects, including solar, EV charging, battery storage, and lighting retrofits
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans; monitor progress for timely and cost-effective delivery
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to resolve technical issues and maintain project quality
• Oversee procurement, equipment selection, subcontractor scopes, and contract execution
• Serve as the primary liaison between project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 3 years' experience managing multi-discipline projects, ideally over $2M in value
• Familiarity with solar, EV charging, battery energy storage systems, lighting, and other energy efficiency systems
• Strong understanding of OSHA, safety protocols, and industry standards; OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, MS Project, and relevant project management or mobile applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• PMP certification strongly preferred
• Excellent time management, organizational, and customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work collaboratively in a remote or field environment
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., work on ladders and stairs, and operate in various field conditions
