Job summary

Sun Tribe is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support planning and execution of utility-scale solar construction projects. The role focuses on defined tasks under the Project Manager, supporting a team of construction crews, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), up to 3 years of construction/project management experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience.
• Up to 3 years of construction or project management experience.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for corporate vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing solar construction projects.
• Coordinate project workflows in Procore, including RFIs, submittals, transmittals, and minutes.
• Track subcontractor deliverables and progress against schedules.
• Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly project reports to stakeholders.
• Support RFIs, submittals, and permit processes to enable timely decisions.
• Maintain project documentation and turnover packages for closeout.
