Required 7+ years in engineering, PV design exposure, and management experience; NABCEP is preferred. Proficiency with Helioscope, AutoCAD, PVsyst is a plus. This position offers a dynamic environment and growth in renewables.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering experience.
• 2+ years of PV design engineering experience.
• 2+ years of engineering management experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience reviewing engineering work for quality and compliance.
• Familiarity with NEC and Fire codes.
• Proficiency with solar design tools (Helioscope, AutoCAD, PVsyst).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate engineering activities for the design and development of solar and storage systems.
• Hire, supervise, and develop engineering team.
• Support engineering project management across all phases.
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations.
• Review SOPs and workflows to identify improvements.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to spec.
• Negotiate contracts with outside vendors.
• Interface with customers on technical questions.
• Research latest technologies and best practices.
