Job summary

Sunrun Installation Services, Inc. seeks an Electrical Trainee to support Foreman and Electricians in residential solar projects. You will assist with electrical installations, wiring, and troubleshooting to ensure safe, quality work on site.

You’ll join a team focused on safety, craftsmanship and meeting project timelines, with opportunities to grow across installation roles and departments.DOE

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of electrical installation and repair experience.
• Knowledge of the NEC and applicable codes and standards.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of electrical systems interconnecting the solar array to the grid power of our customer’s residential property.
• Assist in the troubleshooting of system problems and help resolve electrical issues.
• Assemble the racking and solar array when assigned.
• Trenching, concrete work and equipment assembly.
• Project cleanup including client site and installation vehicle.
• Ensure attention to detail with safety, quality, customer service and productivity.
• Demonstrate knowledge of OSHA standards and enforce safety practices.
