The role emphasizes troubleshooting, maintaining safety standards, and collaborating with team members to ensure quality installations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; residential electrical experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to install, repair, replace, and test PV-related electrical circuits and equipment.
• Ability to read electrical blueprints and apply NEC codes as applicable.
• Ability to work safely, read and follow procedures, and work on roofs/attics.

Starting pay: $25-$35+/hr (negotiable, depending on experience)

Requirements

• Installs, repairs/ replaces, and tests associated electrical circuits and equipment using appropriate tools and testing instruments.
• Troubleshoots electrical wiring and components.
• Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Residential electrical experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to use appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment to repair, install, replace, and test PV related electrical circuits and associated equipment.
• Ability to use hand and power tools applicable to trade.

• Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures.
• Ability to work on roofs and in attics.
• Ability to work well with others with a strong focus on teamwork.
• Training and certifications will be provided.
