Job summary

Renu Energy Solutions seeks an Electrical Technician to support the installation of solar PV and energy storage systems for residential and commercial projects. In a field-based role, you will work with experienced professionals to deliver safe, high-quality installations that meet company standards and electrical codes.

We provide classroom and hands-on field training during the first 30 days. All tools and safety equipment are provided, with some local travel between job sites required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work safely on rooftops, ladders, attics, crawlspaces, and confined spaces.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
• General knowledge of electrical work, construction, and OSHA safety practices.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• System Installation: Assist with the installation of solar PV and energy storage systems from start to finish.
• Electrical Work: Install system components while following electrical diagrams, specifications, and project requirements
• Quality & Safety: Perform work in accordance with company standards, electrical codes, and safety requirements.
• Team Support: Assist the Electrical Team Lead and crew members to ensure efficient project completion.
• Equipment Management: Maintain work vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory.
• Field Service: Assist with electrical upgrades, rooftop work, and other field installation activities.
• Continuous Improvement: Complete training and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

We're looking for an Electrical Technician to join our growing team.
