CoVolt Power is seeking a Field Electrical Foreman to lead the on-site installation and testing of solar, BESS and related high-voltage infrastructure. This hands-on role requires strong safety leadership and ability to coordinate trenching, conduit, fiber, and splicing activities in outdoor conditions.

You will train crews, ensure quality and schedule adherence, document field decisions, and work closely with project teams to de-risk delivery across North America.

Formación

• GED or equivalent education.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Experience on solar construction projects preferred.
• Strong safety, quality and attendance mindset.
• Willingness to train others and share knowledge.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
