Qualifications

• J.D. and active bar admission in good standing.
• 2-3 years experience focused on commercial contracting.
• Renewable energy industry experience required.
• Experience with procurement contracts or supply agreements.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to assess legal risk in commercial terms.
• Strong judgment and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including Master Service Agreements and supply agreements.
• Manage contract workflows from intake through execution.
• Maintain contract templates and playbooks.
• Identify risk in contract terms and recommend practical solutions.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, finance, and operations.
• Ensure contracts comply with company policies.
• Support contracting procedures and track obligations/renewals.
• Prepare summaries for internal stakeholders.
