Taylor Morrison Home is seeking a Door-to-door Energy Consultation Sales Representative (Full-time). Compensation ranges from $35-$75 per hour with production-based incentives. Schedule is 8-hour shifts Monday‑Friday, weekends as needed.

Work location is on the road, primarily in the San Fernando Valley area and Los Angeles area. Paid training provided. Responsibilities include going door-to-door, engaging customers briefly to schedule energy consultations, discussing rising energy prices and

Qualifications

• No prior marketing or sales experience required; training provided.
• Willingness to learn and self-motivation.
• Ready to buy into a winning culture and high-performance team environment.
• Own vehicle required.
• Must reside within the SanFernandoValley or Los Angeles area.
• Preferred: 1 year of customer service experience.
