Qualifications

• 5 years of general construction experience, or 3 years in construction and 2 years in commercial solar projects.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Electrical experience or licensing preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA standards.
• Oversee project documentation and reporting.
