Qualifications
5 years of general construction experience, or 3 years in construction and 2 years in commercial solar projects.
OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
Electrical experience or licensing preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
Implement and enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA standards.
Oversee project documentation and reporting.
