Job summary

Terabase Energy is seeking an Operations Project Manager for their Construction Technology unit in Berkeley. You will oversee Terabase Construct, client engagements, and a global operations team, coordinating with sUAS pilots and subcontractors to deliver on schedules and budgets.

The role demands meticulous project execution, data accuracy, and strong communication, with hybrid work (home/office) and up to 40% travel across US projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, energy, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience as a project or operations manager in the solar or renewable energy industry, heavy construction, drone technologies, or aerospace industry.
• Excellent time management and ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, customer relationship skills, and ability to communicate effectively and interact within a team environment.
• Experience leading a small team and working with remotely distributed contractors.
• Willing to work in Hybrid (Home/Office) setup and travel up to 40% of the time, US-based projects.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage day-to-day operations of Terabase Construct and CRM, maintaining high operational standards.
• Oversee project costs, schedules, and deliverables, coordinating with finance for status reporting.
• Interface with global operations and manage relationships with subcontractors and contracted pilots across sites.
• Develop deliverables like weekly progress reports and maintain data quality across projects.
• Coordinate drone operations and ensure regulatory compliance for FAA sUAS rules.
• Drive process improvements and collaborate with other departments to meet customer deliverables.
